Hector Fontanet, M.D., FACC

Dr. Fontanet started practicing medicine in Florida at The University of South Florida after completing his training in cardiovascular medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. While at the University, Dr. Fontanet was director of the non-invasive cardiac diagnostic laboratory at Tampa General Hospital, Associate Professor of Medicine, Associate Director of the Cardiology Training Program and Interim Director of the Division of Cardiology. He is a co-founder and co-director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Clinic with Richard Martinez, M.D. of Pediatric Associates, Inc., a uniquely specialized clinic that is now based in Wesley Chapel, All Children's Hospital and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital.
